Mega Tech of Oregon’s philosophy on quality is based on two key tenets:
- Quality is the price of entry.
- Quality standards are defined by our clients.
The diversity of our client base requires that we operate under many different quality standards. This presents a challenge for our staff, so we have built our quality processes around a minimum base level as defined by IPC. If your production requirements are less than the IPC standards, we still deliver the higher quality level at no additional charge. If the IPC minimum standards conflict with your requirements, we will work with you to adjust the standard as needed.
As our client, you determine the quality standard, and our success depends on meeting or exceeding your expectations. Every MTO employee has the responsibility and authority to identify cost-saving opportunities, which allows us to deliver the best possible products at the lowest possible price.
